Profile
During your home inspection, the home inspector will take 2 to 4 hours (give or take) to complete a detailed walk-through of the home your looking to buy. It will be a front-to-back and top-to-bottom review of the homes structure (you want a home with good bones). The home inspection will also include its mechanical and electrical systems–including roofs, ceilings, walls and floors, windows and doors. Your home inspector will verify that the major appliances are functional, take a real close look at the heating and air conditioning systems, examine the plumbing and electrical systems and climb into the attic and down into the basement. After your home inspection is complete, the inspector will provide you with a written report.
